Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling: Provide expert guidance to prospective students on PGDM program offerings, eligibility criteria, and the admission process. Advise them on course selection based on their career goals and aspirations.
• Application Support: Assist students throughout the PGDM application process, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to. Help students compile necessary documentation and review application forms.
• Outreach and Marketing: Represent the institution at educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and outreach events, focusing on attracting potential PGDM candidates. Develop marketing strategies to increase awareness of the PGDM programs and drive enrollment.
• Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of PGDM applications, prospects, and enrollments. Generate regular reports on enrollment trends and provide insights to optimize admission strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, alumni, and external partners to provide accurate, up-to-date information about the PGDM programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree (Master's degree or specialization in management is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in admissions counseling, particularly for PGDM or related programs, or in a customer service or education support role.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain program details and respond to inquiries from prospective students.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and student inquiries efficiently while ensuring a smooth admissions process.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM software, and other data management tools.
• Problem-Solving: Able to identify and resolve issues promptly, offering proactive solutions for both students and the institution.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate initiative and independence when required.
