Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights through advanced visualizations.

- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.

- Integrate Tableau with various data sources such as SQL databases, cloud platforms, and APIs.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within visualizations.

- Apply advanced Tableau features, including calculated fields, parameters, filters, and LOD expressions.

- Assist in data modeling, ETL processes, and preparing data for Tableau consumption.

- Provide training and support to end-users for effective dashboard usage.

- Document solutions, including workflows, data models, and design decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development and implementation.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

- Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data.

- Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

- Knowledge of data integration tools (e., Alteryx, SSIS) is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with scripting languages like Python or R for data preparation.

- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and connecting Tableau to cloud data sources.

- Knowledge of Tableau Prep for data preparation tasks.

- Certification : Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Associate is a plus.
