Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of employees working during the night shift, ensuring that all team members are present, on time, and prepared for their roles.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure the team works efficiently and meets operational goals.
• Act as a point of contact for team members, addressing any questions or concerns that arise during the night shift.
• Monitor team performance and productivity throughout the night shift, ensuring that goals, deadlines, and quality standards are met.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure they align with company expectations.
• Report any issues, delays, or problems to upper management in a timely manner.
• Identify and address any issues that arise during the shift, such as equipment malfunctions, staffing shortages, or operational delays.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring that procedures are followed, and operations continue smoothly.
• Monitor utility usage (electricity, water, heating, etc.) and work towards minimizing environmental impact.
• Oversee access control systems, including security badges, key cards, and building entry policies.
