Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate students of the respective department.
• Develop and deliver course materials, assessments, and evaluations.
• Mentor students on project development, thesis guidance, and career counseling.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
• To transfer knowledge including practical skills methods and techniques.
• To encourage the development of innovative approaches to course design and delivery and ensure that teaching design and delivery comply with the quality and educational standards and regulations of the department.
• To challenge thinking, foster debate and develop the ability of the students to engage in critical discourse and rational thinking.
• To ensure that teaching content and methods are by equal opportunities, and respond to issues relating to staff and students' needs
