Description
The incumbent will head the Administration function of the Company and will also drive the promotional activities of the group. He will be responsible for:
Budgeting and monitoring of expenses
Facility Management and Property Management
General administration including Housekeeping, Repairs-Renovation, Maintenance of all equipment, cars etc
Liaisoning with govt. Bodies viz BMC, MTNL, RTO, and Electricity Board and ensuring compliance
Supervision on Travel Desk for Domestic & International Air ticket Booking,Trains, Bus tickets & Hotel room's bookings for smooth travel of the employees & customers
Negotiating and procuring of various office equipments
Preparing publicity brochures, press releases, handouts, company magazines, etc. and organizing and managing seminar/workshop for customers; keeping the web-site of the company updated.
