Role & responsibilities
- Handles the domestic Travel & International Travel for the team
- Hotel booking & Cab Booking
- Vendor code Creation & Vendor Payments
- Team bills expense claim for all the team members travelling / Local Meal / Conveyance expenses. Etc.
- uploading Hotel , travel ( SOTC) & Vendor invoices on Coupa for vendor payments
- Raising TRA & Cash Advance in people soft
- Taking email approval for All domestic & International Travel
