Aditya Birla Capital - Product Manager - Digital Business & Strategic Initiatives (2-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for various financial product offerings, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing offerings. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor products.

- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, marketing, and sales to design, launch, and manage products. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Present product updates and strategic plans to senior management.

- Performance Monitoring: Analyse product performance metrics and client feedback to make informed recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

- Compliance: Ensure that all products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.

- Education & Training: Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate sales teams and clients about product features and benefits.

Qualifications:

- Graduate / Postgraduate; MBA preferred ( Engineers with little bit of tech knowledge is preferred)

- Experience in product management within the financial services industry is preferred.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory considerations.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
