Job Description
- Procurement working for East Cluster Integrated Units (4) and Grinding Units (9) including Leased units.
- Unit Wise PP Bags Stock monitoring for East Cluster Integrated 4 Units
- Daily Tracking within Anplan regarding pending ROP as per consumption.
- Daily follow-up with PP Bags vendor regarding dispatch plan as per RPO and Unit Requirements.
- Daily Packing Bag receipt report of all plants - Consolidated Report.
- MIS related to CPC.
- Burstage, short volve, rejected bag data details collection from site RM team & Quality reporting to CPC and coordination with vendor regarding replacement.
- Preparation for monthly Meeting with CPC and preparation of MOM.
- Monthly physical verification & reporting.
- Daily Unit wise Stock Monitoring & indent Planning for HSD and PPE Oil for East cluster IUs and GUs.
- HSD & Petrol lifting plan as per vendor cost Ranking
- Updation of Landed cost comparative for HSD every fortnightly..
