Manager

• Identify target segments as per product positioning.
• Develop product-wise strategy, value proposition, cost benefit analysis and pricing policy.
• Work on the market potential to determine the demand for the product portfolio, services o?ered by the company and its competitors, and identify potential customers.
• Develop roadmap and pricing strategies for the Specialty products with the goal of maximizing profits and share of the market while ensuring the customer satisfaction.
• Oversee product development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services

• Segmentation, targeting and positioning for the assigned Specialty products portfolio.
• Design product pitch to tap the target segments as per industry needs.
• Meet top level influencers and external stakeholders for promoting Specialty products.
• Conduct market surveys to identify potential markets for products or services.
• Identify, develop and evaluate post launch marketing plan, based on knowledge of market characteristics.
• Coordinate with external promotion agency to manage product promotion and establishing distribution methods.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing team and participate in promotional activities / trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, architects to market products or services.
• Responsible for execution of marketing plans for VAC Plus products as per the budgets and guidelines
• Generating case studies and testimonials for enabling e?icient marketing of product category

• Prepare sales/volume plan for each product as per target segment/market and geography.
• Keep a track on the major upcoming projects and connect with the key persons.
• Manage the potential impact on the profitability/performance of the Specialty products.
• Measure the effectiveness of the marketing plan and other promotional activities for the assigned product portfolio.
• Sales tracking Monitoring sales figures, contributions and prices for specific Specialty products and be responsible for product P&L.
• Use sales forecasting to ensure the sale and profitability of products.

• Evaluating and implementing required tie-ups and infrastructure to deliver the product value propositions.
• Exploring new applicator and vendor tie-ups for the existing and new products.

• Closely work with marketing (branding) team for development of marketing collaterals. Creation of marketing content closely working with marketing team. Managing Product Literature, AVs, Specification sheets etc.
• Work closely with technical team for product mix optimization.
• Work jointly with R & D team for new product formulation and launches

• Ensuring customer s requirements are met through on priority.
• Product feedback - Conduct market surveys to identify potential markets for products or services.
• Generating case studies and testimonials for enabling e?icient marketing of product category

Capability Building

• Impart product training/information support to the sales force as and when required. (ad-hoc and planned presentations)
• Evaluating and implementing required tie-ups and infrastructure to deliver the product value propositions.
