Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities)/ Supporting Actions

KRA1 Customer interface Cooperating with sales team to clarify the customer concern on submitted sample.
Providing the necessary documents for sample approval based on customer requirement.

KRA2 Customer audits (Supplier assessment audit) during initial development. Preparing the supplier assessment document, investigating with other department for required details to fill up the format.
Recording the required reports, supporting documents at one place to support the audit.
Review the audit points with reporting manager & closing the NC with supporting documents & maintain the records.

KRA3 Development of new dies Review the customer approved drawing with feasibility report and RFQ inputs, Provides new die number for the drawing & update in tracker.
Consolidate all required information from feasibility report and RFQ & attaching along with indent justification form (IR).
Discuss with die shop head, Finance head, Product development head & plant head and getting their approval for new die release.
Requesting the finance team for line-item creation in Talley.
Indent creation in Talley for PO & generate the indent number.
Requesting mail along with consolidate document and drawing to SCM team for making PO to suppler.
Follow up with SCM team for PO creation.
Follow up with die supplier and die shop team for die design finalization or approval for manufacturing.
Follow up with SCM and die supplier for die ETA date, and update to customer.
Follow up with SCM team to get the die on time from suppler end.

KRA4 New Product section drawing, and new die register in SPES New drawing article list release in SPES by giving date mentioned in drawing.
New die code creation & releasing in SPES to access for sales order loading.
Trial order releasing for new die trial to planning for trial planning.
Follow up with finance team for trial order validation.
