Projects Engineer

Execution of all site related activities and movements.
Material pre-planning and all the basic requirements for start up or continuing the work. Co-ordination with vendors and contractors.
Preparing snag list so as the work is totally completed by the vendors / sub vendors.
Good knowledge of the following equipments Airconditioning Systems, chillers, central plants of Air-conditioning, package as well as duct able air-conditioners, air handling units, hi-wall split air-conditioners, and low side work including ventilation, extraction and air-conditioning also having good command over Maintenance of the same.
Online spare part management.
Technical support
Keeping track of project schedule, quality of work, safety
Coordination and direction for mobilization of manpower & machineries to installation
project sites.
Coordination with design dept for preparation of drawing and approval by customer.
Coordinating with vendor team to ensure timely order execution with quality output.
Preparation of various management review reports.
Planning & scheduling of project assignment i.e. schedule of drawings method statements, material submittals, Installation-Commissioning schedule.
Preparation of progress presentation on weekly basis for management/customer review. Prepare RA Bills, certify by customer and process for payment.
