Oversee the execution of fixation registrations to obtain guideline value documents.
Supply accurate and updated information about stock availability in all projects to the Sales Head or Project Manager, following the Managing Directors instructions.
Ensure the Sales team is well-informed to make strategic decisions based on current inventory levels.
Prepare comprehensive final work reports detailing Channel Partner information.
Maintain transparency and facilitate information within the organization through detailed reporting.
Ensure systematic tracking of Channel Partner interactions to meet their needs efficiently.
Determine commission slabs for Channel Partners (Brokers).
Register Channel Partners by collecting details such as:Name,Contact details,Address,Identity proofs,Bank details,Team strength,Experience,References
Before registration, explain the companys terms and conditions.
Provide detailed information about all appropriate projects and stock availability.
Coordinate with the internal team for Channel Partner meetings/events.
Continuously follow up with unregistered Channel Partners to encourage registration.
Follow up with registered Channel Partners for new clients and completion of ongoing bookings to ensure completion of registration within the stipulated time.
Segregate Channel Partners based on their lead type:Full,Partial,Only lead
Post-registration, ensure that the original registered documents are handed to the respective clients on time
