Position : Strategic Communications Specialist Government Projects.

Pref able location : Bhopal / Indore

Job Responsibilities: -

1. Strategic Presentation & Planning.

• Lead the company’s engagement in elite infrastructure development initiatives in India.
• Develop high-quality presentations for elite government urban planning projects.
• Ensure clear communication of project feasibility, sustainability, and long-term impact.
• Represent the company in high-level meetings, forums, and policy discussions related to infrastructure growth and PM MITRA schemes.
• Build strong relationships with government bodies, ministries, and regulatory agencies to align projects with national policies.

2. Government Policy & Compliance Analysis

• Stay updated on government policies, specifications, and guidelines for infrastructure development, textile parks, and smart city initiatives.
• Ensure all projects comply with policy mandates, environmental regulations, and sustainability requirements.
• Monitor evolving industrial and textile sector policies to position the company for new opportunities.
• Analyze technical specifications, guidelines, and compliance requirements for urban infrastructure projects.

3. Crisis Management & Problem Solving

• Address concerns raised during high-level meetings with logical, evidence-backed responses.
• Propose solutions for urban development challenges in line with global best practices.

4. Business Development & Project Identification

• Identify and pursue government tenders, public-private partnerships (PPP), and investment of government projects.
• Develop strategies for acquiring new infrastructure projects, including logistics parks, industrial zones, and textile clusters.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess upcoming government initiatives and industry demands.
• Proactively suggest new projects and partnerships for the company based on policy trends.

5. Infrastructure Development & Urban Planning Expertise

• Oversee the planning, execution, and expansion of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Ensure projects align with Make in India, Smart Cities Mission, and Atmanirbhar Bharat initiatives.
• Prepare reports and white papers to position the company as a thought leader in urban planning.

6. High-Impact Presentation & Proposal Development

• Create compelling presentations, reports, and white papers to showcase project viability and benefits.
• Present key insights to government stakeholders, investors, and corporate leaders.
• Use GIS mapping, financial modeling, and infrastructure projections to enhance project presentations.

7. Industry Representation

• Engage with NITI Aayog, Ministry of Textiles, and State Governments to streamline approvals and partnerships.
• Represent the company in national conferences, textile industry summits, and urban development forums.

8. Financial & Economic Feasibility Analysis

• Assess cost structures, government subsidies, and financial models for infrastructure.
• Conduct economic impact assessments of proposed projects on industrial growth and employment generation.

9. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Execution

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, urban planners, financial and legal teams to ensure project alignment with government objectives.
• Lead with PMA consultant, EPC contractors, technology providers, and international investors for project execution.
• Drive the adoption of smart infrastructure solutions, green energy integration, and sustainable industrial and textile manufacturing practices.

10. Confidentiality & Strategic Risk Management

• Handle classified government project information with discretion.
• Adapt project strategies in response to changing policy landscapes and geopolitical influences.

11. Innovation & Future-Readiness

• Stay ahead of global trends in textile park development, logistics, and industrial infrastructure.
• Integrate automation, AI-driven planning, and circular economy principles into infrastructure projects.
• Develop and propose new-age infrastructure models that align with India’s 2030 industrial growth vision.
