Sales Manager (Nagpur/Mumbai)

Job Responsiblities

• Develop high-quality business and commercial strategies for distributing Adin products in India.
• Create short- and long-term working plans to achieve objectives.
• Manage Adin dealers, distributors, sales reps, and Mentors in India by fostering cooperation, trust, and professionalism to drive company growth.
• Maintain strong cooperation with the Call Center Manager and Adin India General Manager.
• Attract major chains in India to become Adin customers and establish strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them.
• Supervise all commercial, logistical, and financial activities of Adin India's direct Sales Reps, including recruitment and training of new Sales Reps.
• Identify and recruit new dealers and distributors in India.
• Willing to travel for business trips in India and, if necessary, to Israel.
• In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Finance: Deep understanding of financial reports, budgets, and cash flow.
• HR: Excellent interpersonal relationships and excellent team-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, competition, threats, and opportunities.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport.
• Time management and planning skills.
