Software Engineer

• Software Engineers for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the US (HQ: Chicago, IL)

• Design, develop, and test software at every stage of the development process
• Analyze business requirements to design software applications
• Translate business needs into application requirements by creating functional specifications, design specifications, and process workflows
• Attend weekly status meetings with clients to address application issues
• Design front-end applications and user interactive web pages
• Create custom, testable Angular modules to implement key metrics based on business requirements
• Technical environment: HTML; CSS; JavaScript; TypeScript; Angular framework; Reactjs; NgRx for state management; jQuery; nodejs; Flex; CSS Media queries; Bootstrap; REST APIs; Core;
• Advanced Java concepts; Spring Boot; SQL databases; MVC frameworks; Ajax;
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP); JSON; XML; CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab, BitBucket, Azure Repository, Artifactory); unit test cases using Jest and Jasmine frameworks in UI development; Agile processes and methodologies

Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in Software Development required.
