EDUCATION - BE/BTECH NON-CS/IT branches preferred,

PREFERRED BRANCHES - Mechanical, Civil, Electrical etc.

SERVICE AGREEMENT - 2 Years (Negotiable)

Role & responsibilities

1. Learn new technologies, tools, and programming languages
2. Help students to resolve errors in code
3. Design and develop mini projects/assignments/assessment tests
4. Make new intuitive notes/ cheat sheets/examples
5. Select the appropriate training method to meet learning objectives and to suit the intended audience
6. Test participants on the knowledge that was imparted through assessments/exams/mock interviews
7. Share feedback from students with the appropriate upper management in the organization
8. Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.
9. Observe and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
10. Suggest improvements as necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

1. You must have knowledge of at least ANY ONE programming language (C / C++ / Java / Python etc)
2. Ability to learn on your own initiative and research
3. Good to have knowledge of data structures and algorithms
4. You should be open to getting mentored on any programming/technical skills
5. Problem-solving skills, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure to achieve targets
6. Strong presentation and persuasion skills
7. Should be target oriented and enthusiastic about the role
8. An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and other members of all age groups
9. NO PERCENTAGE/ACADEMIC CRITERIA, if you are good with your programming skills
