Systems Operations Specialist -Operational Tools and Monitoring

We are seeking an experienced IT Monitoring Observability Tools Engineer with expertise in managing multiple ITOM tools like - Operations Bridge Manager, Network Node Manager SiteScope, Cloud technologies, integration of different ITOM tools, automation processes as well as a strong understanding of scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Expertise in prioritising multiple ITOM tools like - Operations Bridge Manager, Network Node Manager Sitescope, Cloud technologies, integration of different ITOM tools, automation processes as well as a solid grasp of scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally with global teams.
