As a Senior Specialist - AI/ML, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex technical systems of varying sizes to new and existing customers and will be part of discovering new technologies within the FinTech industry.

We are now looking for a Senior Specialist - AI/ML Engineer to strengthen the Corporate Access Platform s AI COE team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for driving the execution of initiatives across the Capital Access Platform s AI COE program to help various business operations and process simplification and introduce automation via Artificial Intelligence and drive efficiency and productivity.

Join the development organization for Capital Access Platform s AI COE team. The main objective for the development team in Bangalore is to build state of the art AI powered solutions to simplify operations & process across CAP products and drive productivity. As our new member, you will work with a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members. Together with your team, you will be accountable for delivering enhancements and supporting the architecture of the enterprise product as it transitions to new software paradigms.

Your role and responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI to lead complex artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive innovation in AI solutions while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Design, develop and deploy generative AI solutions for enterprise applications Architect and implement large language models (LLMs) and other generative models.
• Optimize model performance, efficiency, and computational resources. Develop API integrations and microservices for AI model deployment.
• Ensure responsible AI practices including bias detection and mitigation. Implement security measures and data privacy controls. Create monitoring systems for model performance and drift detection.

Furthermore, you will:

• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate with traders, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Drive innovation in applying GenAI solutions to capital market challenges. Optimize existing trading algorithms and risk models. Present technical solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
• Participate in research and POC development for emerging AI technologies. Establish best practices for AI model development and deployment.

We expect you to have :

• Batchelors / Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 9+ years of experience in AI/ML development with proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience with large language models and generative AI applications. Proficiency in time series analysis and statistical modeling.
• Experience with LLMs and transformer architectures.
• Knowledge of MLOps and deployment tools.
• Strong background in quantitative analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

It would be great if you :

• Have published research papers in AI/ML or quantitative finance.
• Have contributed to open-source AI projects.
• Have experience with real-time processing systems.
• Are skilled in prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning.
