Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment , focusing on bulk hiring and building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure best practices.
  • Utilize recruitment tools to source candidates and track progress.
  • Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
  • Support HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and training.
  • Assist in HR policy development and lead employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage employee exits and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT, Non recruitment, with expertise in bulk hiring and talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
