Job Description:

As a Product Manager at Vyap, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketplace platform. You will be responsible for execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product prioritisation:

- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

Product Development:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure smooth product development and delivery.

- Outline product requirements, business objectives, product planning and timelines

- Define product requirements and write clear, concise user stories.

- Work with the engineering team to translate product requirements into technical specifications.

- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.

Product/Feature Launch:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product launch strategy, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer outreach.

- Monitor product performance metrics and analyze user behavior to identify areas for optimization.

- Identify and improve processes of sales & operations team with use of technology

- Work with the relevant teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and support experience for HoReCa customers.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Leverage data analytics to measure product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Use A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experiences.

- Track and improve key metrics such as user acquisition, product-basket, AOV, engagement, and retention to acquire new users and measure the success of product initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup (bonus if B2B e-commerce)

- Experience in setting up/using analytics tools like Metabase/zoho analytics etc

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
