Job Description
- Bachelor s degree in computer science or engineering
- 8+ plus years of software development and support experience including analysis, design, testing.
- Domain experience within Automotive, Manufacturing and Order to delivery
- Experience with data virtualization/ETL/ Analysis tools like Qlik/Power BI/Alteryx/ Redshift(AWS) and BigQuery(GCP)
- Strong Knowledge on Database (SQL, RDBMS), exposure to Aurora PostGreSQL preferred.
- Experience in AWS Application hosting/services including CloudWatch and Redshift services.
- Experience with application interfaces including, Soap/REST Apls, MQs and SFTP
- Quick starter to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support items
- Ability to perform application support tasks: systems support, security/audit reviews, and maintenance tasks
- Excellent teamwork, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills are essential, ability to solve complex problems in a global environment
- Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize work based on business impact and urgency
- Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies
- Knowledge of various GCP components such as - APIGEE, Cloud Data flow, Application Integration Platform and Pub/Sub
- Work closely with product manager and business stakeholders to understand the business requirements and transform the changes to business values.
- Lead and identify the root cause analysis for production incidents and work orders.
- Lead/developing custom reports using a variety of data virtualization, ETL, and analysis technologies, such as BigQuery (GCP), Qlik, Power BI, Alteryx, and Redshift (AWS).
- Active participant in all team agile ceremonies, manage the daily deliverables in Rally with proper user story and acceptance criteria.
- Provides input to product governance communications.
- Coordinate activities for continual improvement to improve delivery quality and operational efficiency.
