Role & responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the project management office (PMO) for data center projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and timely delivery
• Develop and implement program management strategies to optimize project outcomes, minimize risks, and maximize efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals and stakeholder expectations
• Provide expert oversight in Data Center Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure robust and reliable infrastructure
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including performance metrics, reporting mechanisms, and escalation procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and resource utilization
• Manage and mentor project management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development
• Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and methodologies for data center project management within the organization
• Engage with senior leadership to provide strategic insights, risk assessments, and recommendations for optimizing project portfolios
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and environmental health and safety guidelines

Education Qualification

B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Certification required

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable
