Job Title: Automation Lead

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Shift timings: 2pm to 10pm (But need to be flexible in rotational shifts too)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Automation lead and skilled individual. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process optimization, automation, and data analysis. You will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency using various tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using VBA, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Implement chat agents and integrate them into existing processes to enhance user experience.
• Utilize RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism to automate repetitive tasks.
• Create insightful data visualizations and dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint to stakeholders and team members.
• Analyse and visualize data to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Provide training and support to team members on newly implemented tools and technologies.
• Document processes, workflows, and automation solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of automation initiatives and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business process improvement, with a focus on automation and analytics.
• Proficiency in VBA, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism) is essential.
• Proficient in creating presentations with PowerPoint, showcasing the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
