Travel Sales Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Holiday Packages to lead and oversee our holiday packages division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel and tourism, specifically in designing, managing, and promoting holiday packages. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Development:
   
• Develop and implement strategies to create and market holiday packages tailored to different customer segments.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
2. Product Development:
   
• Design holiday packages that include travel, accommodation, tours, and experiences.
• Collaborate with vendors, tour operators, hotels, and airlines to negotiate contracts and partnerships.
• Ensure all packages meet quality, pricing, and value-for-money standards.
3. Team Management:
   
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of travel consultants and package coordinators.
• Set performance targets and ensure team productivity and customer satisfaction.
4. Sales and Marketing:
   
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote holiday packages through online and offline channels.
• Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee the creation of promotional content, brochures, and digital campaigns.
5. Customer Experience:
   
• Ensure seamless pre-and post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns or complaints efficiently to maintain loyalty.
6. Operational Oversight:
   
• Streamline operations related to bookings, cancellations, and changes.
• Maintain compliance with travel regulations and company policies.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights for improvement.
