Key responsibilities
Bid & Proposal Support
Create impactful visuals and graphics for proposals and bids , including infographics, charts, diagrams, and other visual aids to enhance document quality and clarity.
Format and design bid documents to ensure a professional, polished, and brand.aligned presentation.
Work at pace to produce high volumes of visuals for last.minute bids or quick.turnaround projects, maintaining quality under pressure.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development team and technical experts to understand bid requirements, explore ways of visualising complex ideas, and tailor visuals accordingly.
Communications Support
Design social media visuals to support campaigns, announcements, and events.
Develop infographics and other visual content for articles, reports, and presentations.
Create layouts for monthly newsletters to ensure visually engaging and on.brand communications.
Support internal and external communications with on.brand visual content for events, webinars, and other materials.
Brand Management & Consistency
Ensure all designs align with ASI s branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all outputs.
Support the adoption of the new branding package across all teams and materials and create new templates in line with the new branding.
Process Improvement & Asset Management
Develop and maintain a library of templates and design assets to streamline content creation processes.
Provide guidance on best practices for document formatting and graphic design to internal teams.
