In EBS Domain we have three sub domains Finance Technology, Supply Chain Technology and HR Technology.

What You Will Do:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Lead on the HRIS team, you will lead initiatives from business requirements through build, test, deployment and post go-live support for our global HR systems. You will contribute to the overall success of our team by partnering with key stakeholders to develop our technology roadmap, delivering quality solutions that meet our company needs.

Your role will involve:

- Provide global technical leadership and support for the HRIS technology, focusing on Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for other talent management solutions - PMGM, Succession, Career Development.

- Solution advisory and support focussed on the talent management foundation such as job framework

- Stay informed on the latest trends and effective approaches to Recruiting Management within the industry.

- Collaborate with Human Resources and Business teams across Cimpress and Vista to understand their requirements and recommend best-in-class system solutions.

- Be responsible for the scoping, discovery, design, and implementation of scalable HR system solutions.

- Perform configuration and testing tasks to deliver fixes, changes, improvements, and ensure compliance.

- Develop test plans, user training materials, and system administration documentation.

- Facilitate end-user and admin training sessions, knowledge transfer, and user adoption of the system.

- Handle communication of system changes and issues to relevant stakeholders.

- Provide tier-2 and tier-3 level support and oversight to the team to support daily operational needs.

- Contribute to the HRIS Team's growth and development by providing mentorship and coaching to less experienced HRIS team members.

To be successful you will need:

- Extensive HRIS Experience: 9+ years of experience in Recruiting Management and Marketing, with a solid understanding of HRIS SaaS applications. Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role is a plus.

- SuccessFactors Expertise: Minimum of 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Marketing implementations, including project planning, solution design and hands on configuration experience.

- Additional HR Systems Knowledge: Configuration experience with talent modules (Performance Management, Succession, and Career Development) and/or onboarding 1.0/2.0 is highly preferable.

- Data Flow Understanding: Deep knowledge of how data flows between different SuccessFactors modules and integrates with external systems (e.g. job boards, career site, etc).

- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to anticipating and resolving issues, with clear communication of root causes, solutions, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Project Management: Strong Scoping and project planning skills, ability to keep project delivery on track with respect to timeline, identify scope creeps and make the right trade-off between timeline and customer value.

- Global Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment with cross-functional teams.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment that accepts experimentation and learning. Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing requirements.

- Continuous Learning: A strong desire to learn and work with new technologies.

- Communication Skills: Excellent listening, communication, and influencing skills.

- Language Skills: Fluency in English.
