Job Description

We are seeking askilled Full stack Python Developer to join our team and contribute to thedevelopment our existing Business Messaging Platform. As a Full stack PythonDeveloper, you will work on both the server-side and client-side of ourprojects, utilizing your expertise in Python, AI/ML models and relatedtechnologies.

KEY DUTIES

Develop and maintain scalable and efficient applications using Python.

Collaborate with designers and front-end developers to createseamless user experiences.

Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following bestpractices.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix issues.

Optimize application performance and ensure high levels ofsecurity and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define projectrequirements and deliverables.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and developend-to-end full-stack solutions for business messaging products.

Architect, build, and customize front-end and back-endapplications using Python that integrate NLP, NLU capabilities with GenerativeAI models, and Langchain technology.

Collaborate with solution engineers to ensure seamless integrationof messaging solutions and advanced AI capabilities.

Work on user interface design, ensuring an intuitive andresponsive user experience for both clients and end-users.

Develop APIs and implement data interchange protocols, allowingfor robust data processing and communication, with a particular focus on Python.

Leverage Generative AI for advanced data analysis, insights, andenhancing messaging capabilities.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with thesupport team and utilizing Generative AI-driven insights for efficientsolutions.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in businessmessaging and Generative AI to contribute to innovative feature development.

Document code, best practices, and architectural decisions, withan emphasis on Python development.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers asneeded.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

The successful candidate will be an inspiring andconfident team player with the following profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ora related field.

Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a PythonDeveloper

Design, develop, and implement machine learning and artificialintelligence solutions.

Strong understanding of building and deploying machine learningmodels

Experience in ML and DL Python libraries (scikit-learn,Tensorflow, pytorch etc.,) and frameworks for efficient code development

Implement state-of-the-art LLM's to build applications. Training,Finetuning of LLM's

Knowledge of vector databases, Langchain is an added advantage

Build and maintain APIs to enable seamless integration of ML/AImodels into various applications.

Knowledge of Docker for containerization is an added advantage

Good to have knowledge of JavaScript and proficiency in bothfront-end and back-end development.

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, andJavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.

Proficiency in working with databases such as MongoDB or MySQL.

Good to have knowledge in BSP platforms for WhatsApp developmentand in business messaging products such as Gupshup, Twilio, WhatsApp BSPPlatform, or similar platforms.

Good to have

o Expertisein Generative AI models, and Frameworks like Autogen, RAG, NLP, and NLUtechnologies.

o Familiaritywith Langchain technology for secure and efficient language processing.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalableapplication deployment.

Database management and SQL skills for data storage and retrieval.

Security best practices in the context of Generative AI,Langchain, and messaging solutions.

Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CDpipelines.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially withthe aid of Generative AI insights.

Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.

Understanding of agile development methodologies and tools.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
