Post Sales Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during the post-sales process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, deeply understanding their business messaging requirements and Generative AI needs.
• Architect, design, and customize business messaging solutions that integrate NLP, NLU capabilities using Generative AI models, and Langchain technology.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional technical support and guidance throughout their engagement with our solutions.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase our product's capabilities and how they address client-specific challenges, particularly in the realm of Generative AI.
• Provide expertise in solution implementation, configuration, and integration, ensuring clients can make the most of our messaging products and advanced NLP capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, leveraging Generative AI insights, and working closely with the client and internal teams for timely solutions.
• Act as a liaison between the client and our product development teams, conveying client feedback, especially in the context of Generative AI enhancements and feature requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document best practices, case studies, and implementation guides, incorporating Generative AI and Langchain expertise.

Technical Skills (Tech Stack):

• Proficiency in programming languages and tools, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, for customizing and integrating messaging solutions.
• Advanced knowledge of Generative AI models, NLP, and NLU technologies.
• Extensive experience in API integration and knowledge of RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Langchain technology for secure and efficient language processing.
• Strong database skills, including SQL and NoSQL databases, for data integration and storage.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, for scalable and reliable solution deployment.
• Expertise in messaging protocols, including SMS, MMS, and chat platforms.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth and JWT.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Proficiency in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for building user interfaces and front-end integration.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices for securing messaging systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to analyze and design complex, integrated systems to meet client requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in documenting technical solutions and architectural diagrams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on business messaging solutions and advanced capabilities in Generative AI, LLM, and Langchain technology.
• Strong expertise in business messaging products, including WhatsApp BSP Platform, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in product development and customization, particularly in the context of Generative AI.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in relevant messaging platforms or technologies.
• Experience working with global clients and a diverse range of industries.
