Investment Banker (9-15 yrs)

Looking for an Investment Banker who has exposure of

Full time MBA (Mandatory)

1) 12-15 years of experience out of which minimum 7-10 years (latest experience) should be in investment banking or private equity.

2) Preferred experience should be with large or mid-size investment banking or private equity firms.

3) Partly M&A experience is also acceptable out of total experience requirement.

Minimum 5 successful transaction experience (1k crores+ each transaction).

4) Capital market experience should be in private equity and/or IPO. Develop corporate investment banking strategies for the Group

5) Evaluate business verticals and enable them to raise capital through a sound investment banking strategy

6) Create a valuation model for the business verticals and identify potential investors and get them on board

6) Help management in drawing IPO plan for business verticals

7) Assist in M&A transactions and investors relations
