About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP FICO modules within our organization. Your expertise in S4 HANA will be invaluable as we leverage the latest advancements in SAP technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in all phases of SAP FICO projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live support.

- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), to meet specific business needs.

- Perform integration activities between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP) as well as third-party systems.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP FICO configurations and processes.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICO systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in SAP FICO and S4 HANA.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT professionals, and project managers.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementations, configurations, and integrations.

- Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules, including FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, CO-PA, and other relevant areas.

- Proven experience with S4 HANA and its impact on FICO processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with SAP project methodologies (e.g., ASAP).

- Strong understanding of business processes related to finance and accounting.

- Experience with ABAP programming (preferred).

Desired Skills :

- Experience with SAP BW/4HANA integration.

- Experience with SAP Cloud solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud).

- Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Finance).
