SAP Basis Consultant - Support & Implementation (5-8 yrs)

Designation: SAP Basis Consultant

We are seeking a Senior SAP Basis Consultant to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will be

responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP systems.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis, with a strong understanding of SAP architecture, system administration, and support processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and implementation of SAP systems, ensuring they meet

business requirements and operational goals.

- Manage the SAP system landscape, including performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

- Perform regular system updates, patches, and system backups to maintain the health and stability of SAP systems.

- Provide support for SAP systems, address system issues, and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.

- Work closely with the database team to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity within the SAP environment.

- Implement and manage SAP security roles and profiles to ensure secure and compliant system access.

- Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and business users to ensure smooth integration of SAP systems and processes.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis, including hands-on experience with SAP system administration and support.

- Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, installation, configuration, and maintenance.

- Experience with SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and other SAP solutions.

- Familiarity with database administration and performance optimization (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).

- Proficiency in system monitoring, patch management, and upgrades.

- SAP Certification in Basis is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-

functional teams.

- Experience in managing and supporting SAP migrations and upgrades.
