Domain Website Management :
- DNS records management.
- Should work with UI Team when website needs migration
- Ensuring web servers are always up with minimal downtime.
- Hosting server management and domain renewals.
- Vulnerability Management in and security enhancements in this server.
- Firewall Management : Configure and maintain firewall rules to protect the network from unauthorized access.
- Network Monitoring : Continuously monitor network traffic to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- VPN Configuration Tunnelling: Manage and troubleshoot VPN connections for secure remote access. And able to create IPsec tunnelling for multiple customers.
- Network Security : Implement and enforce security policies to safeguard network data.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Load Balancing : Optimize network performance through effective load balancing strategies.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed network configuration and change logs.
- Administer and maintain Windows servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Perform regular updates, patches, and backups.
- Manage user access, group policies, and Active Directory.
- Monitor server health and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.
- Creation and management of distribution lists, Security Groups.
- Creation of email rules.
- Managing multiple Office 365 tenants of the company.
