Acuvate - Chatbot Lead - Power Virtual Agents (5-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade chatbots utilizing the Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure platform.

- Leverage your expertise in platforms like PVA (Power Virtual Agents) and CoPilot to build intelligent and user-friendly conversational experiences.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (i.e., product managers, designers, developers) to gather requirements, define user journeys, and ensure seamless chatbot integration.

- Develop and maintain chatbot knowledge bases, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.

- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee chatbot functionality and performance.

- Monitor chatbot performance, analyze user interactions, and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, chatbot technologies, and industry best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior team members on chatbot development methodologies and best practices.

- Contribute to the development of innovative chatbot solutions that address complex business challenges.

Qualifications :

- Experience in Microsoft bot framework and Microsoft Azure

- Good experience or knowledge on PVA

- Good experience or knowledge on Co Pilot

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Knowledge of AI technologies and chatbot development is a plus
