Java Full Stack Developer /Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in Angular or React.js to lead the development of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will take responsibility for end-to-end development, architecture, and mentoring junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-stack development of complex web applications using Java, Angular, and React.js.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Drive the design and implementation of new features across both the front-end and back-end.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.
• Provide technical leadership, contributing to architecture decisions, development best practices, and technology stack improvements.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in Java, Angular, React.js, and web development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in Java (J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot) development and building RESTful APIs.
• Expertise in Angular or React.js (at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience).
• Strong experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and version control systems (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and WebSockets.
• Experience with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Previous experience leading development teams.
