Vizor, an Acuraglobe company is hiring KAMs for a leading pharmaceutical client.

Purpose of the position

Responsible for a Good Hygiene base Business with an objective of Brand Promotion, Strategies Implementation and Execution effectively, as this position is actual face of the company in-front of Doctors, so the candidate must be well versed in terms of knowledge, products USPs and well groomed.

Ultimate goal of this position is to generate more number of Prescription with the help of available resources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare proper Standard Tour Plan as well as Monthly Tour Plan and maintaining the same throughout the month, least deviation is required.
• Pre-call Planning and Post call analysis is must required for any successful productive call.
• Understanding the need of doctors act accordingly.
• Always demand Rx after any fruitful conversion.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual secondary planning.
• Proper implementation of divisional strategies given by management.
• Take ownership of his own territory in terms of account/doctor conversion.
• Visit stockiest weekly sales monitor.
• Near Expiry / Dumped stock liquation plan and execution through the team.
• New territory Development.

• Strong communication skills with very good product knowledge.
• Should possess Professional manners and etiquettes.
• Should be honest to his/her organization.
• Good relation with K.B.L/K.O.L of his territory.
• Very thorough with detailing, products USPs.
• Bulls Eye on Competitors in term of activity, product launch etc…

Desirable:

• Graduate with 1-2 years experience of critical care segment in pharma industry
• Good communication skill
• Should have two wheeler and mobility minded.
• Should have decent personality
• Very thorough and detail-oriented
