Position: Assistant General Manager (AGM), Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)

Job Overview:
The AGM ADL will oversee and manage the Analytical Development Laboratory, ensuring the highest standards of analytical testing and quality control. This role involves leading the ADL team, developing analytical methods, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the ADL team, including training and mentoring staff.
- Develop and validate analytical methods for raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve analytical issues and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support product development and quality assurance.
- Prepare and present reports on analytical findings to senior management.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an analytical development role, preferably in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, such as HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and spectroscopy.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. in a relevant field.
- Experience with method development and validation.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) and quality standards.
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
