Quality Assurance Manager

Job Overview:

The QA Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and processes. This role involves leading the quality assurance team, developing and implementing quality control systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and protocols.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the QA team.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Manage quality control testing procedures for raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
• Investigate and resolve product quality issues and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Prepare and present quality assurance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001).
• Experience with ERP systems and quality management software.
