This is a remote position.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creativity, a solid portfolio of work, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs that communicate our brands message effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Design Creation:

Create high-quality graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, blogs, email newsletters, and product branding.

Develop visually engaging designs for ads, posters, brochures, and other promotional materials.

Brand Development:

Ensure consistency in design elements across all platforms while adhering to Acowales branding guidelines.

Innovate and develop design concepts that enhance brand recognition and visibility.

Collaborative Projects:

Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions to conceptualize innovative ideas for campaigns.

Digital Design:

Create social media posts, banners, infographics, and illustrations optimized for digital platforms.

Design visuals that align with current trends and engage the target audience effectively.

Print Design:

Prepare print-ready files for offline marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and event banners.

Coordinate with printers to ensure high-quality production.

File Management & Organization:

Maintain organized files and backups for all design projects.

Manage project timelines efficiently to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

Minimum of 1+ year as a graphic designer in an agency, startup, or corporate setting.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.

Design Knowledge:

Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.

Ability to take constructive feedback and refine designs.

Other Skills:

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
Nice-to-Have

Experience in motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Familiarity with web design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.

Knowledge of UX/UI principles for digital platforms.
