Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day to day operations of Finance department of assigned areas,.

- Accountability to ensure the accuracy of Financials statements and adherence to IND-AS & IFRS,.

- Responsible for all Direct & Indirect tax matters of the organization and company secretarial related filings.

- Ensure efficient completion of month-end function & business support,.

- Monitor, supervise and review balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis,.

- Leads the strategic planning for assigned areas and assist in developing and implementing the overall strategic plan,.

- Experience in devising controls, process and policy documents,.

- Direct and assist in special projects as requested,.

- Supervision of the team, provide guidance and direction in several finance functions.

- Build a high performing staff with proactive and service-oriented mindset,.

- Establishes performance goals and measures to evaluate success of assigned area of responsibility.

Key Competencies:

- Chartered Accounts with 8-10 years of experience.

- Good knowledge on IND-AS & IFRS standards, and various applicable laws.

- High level proficiency in financial systems & Microsoft applications.

- Prior experience on Oracle NetSuite, Fusion accounting software will be an advantage,.

- Ability to understand, adapt for process changes and a strong sense of importance and ownership.

- Excellent communication and organizations skills with exceptional attention to details verbal and written communication skills.
