Junior Purchase Executive

- Skills Required: Knowledge of Tally (Mandatory)
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Identifying and selecting vendors to procure goods and services.
Preparing and processing purchase orders and invoices.
Negotiating prices and contracts with suppliers and vendors.
Evaluating supplier performance and ensuring that they meet quality and delivery standards.
Managing inventory levels and ensuring that materials and supplies are available when needed.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure that their purchasing needs are met.
Maintaining accurate records of purchases, inventory, and vendor performance.
Monitoring market trends and staying up-to-date on changes in prices, products, and suppliers.
Ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures and managing any deviations from these policies.
Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the organization's purchasing needs are met.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
