Assistant Manager - Business Development

Role & responsibilities

l Achieve business goals and revenue targets

l Overseeing daily sales operations, managing budgets, and setting performance Objectives                                                                                                                                  l Develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising plans

l Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts

l Planning, evaluating, and optimizing sales targets to be efficient and cost-effective.

l Ensure products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.

l Ensure company standards and procedures are followed

l Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and

reports of sales performance and revenue

l Costing Preparation for New Developed Parts.

l Identifying problems, creating choices and providing alternatives courses of action.

l Should have Knowledge on APQP, 7QC Tools , FMEA, CAPA PPAP

l Develop new customer for improving business trends

l Able to handle the customer complaints
