Job Description:

• To provide customer satisfaction on every call / e-mail.
• To ensure closure of the ticket / e-mail within the prescribed TAT.
• To provide speedy resolution.
• Willingness to work in rotational offs & rotational Shifts
• To resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
• Around 120 mails/day and 30-40 calls
• Also take care of upsell of products to existing customers
• Handle Inbound calls of call center during business exigency
