Job Description
Responsibilities
- Market analysis and update
- Data Analysis of trials on regular basis.
- Evaluation of Product performance and recommendation.
- Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve the customer experience and drive progress toward goals.
- Define new product strategy, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Supervision and give technical training to the team.
- Regular update to Breeders for improvement and changing scenarios.
- Identifying and developing new markets and products.
- Negotiate work with stakeholders and team members.
- Demonstrate selected product USPs to stakeholders
- Assist in training and/or documentation that accelerates the successful adoption of new products.
- Update the total activities and trial status on regular basis
- Budgeting - Operational, Capex & manpower budgeting of PD for BD .
