Scrum Master

. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Guide and coach the team on SAFe Agile principles, practices, and methodologies to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to ensure a clear understanding of product goals and backlog priorities.

Assist in the identification and removal of impediments and blockers to ensure smooth project execution.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and high quality output.

Support the teams in achieving a sustainable pace with continuous flow of delivery.

Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination across teams and programs.

Track and communicate team progress, performance metrics, and Agile health to stakeholders and management.

Promote a culture of transparency, inspection, and adaptation through regular feedback loops and continuous improvement practices.

Ensure adherence to SAFe practices and support the teams in leveraging SAFe tools and techniques effectively.

Required Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe Agile environment, preferably within the Data Engineering and Analytics.

Proficiency in Agile tools and software such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices, with SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification preferred.

Experience working with teams familiar with data engineering and analytics technologies including data warehousing, data integration and analytics tools.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to drive teams towards high performance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross. functional teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve impediments and improve team dynamics.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Passion for Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of the latest trends and advancements in AI, web applications, and data streaming technologies.
