Data Scientist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Science, Generative AI, Azure AI Services, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Document Intelligence, along with a strong command of Python for developing and deploying end-to-end solutions. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in automation to enhance efficiency across workflows. This role involves solving complex business problems using data-driven methodologies, developing innovative AI solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end data science solutions to solve real-world business challenges.
• Develop and optimize Generative AI models for applications such as text generation, image synthesis, and predictive analytics.
• Leverage Document Intelligence technologies for tasks such as document classification, extraction of structured data, and building intelligent document workflows.
• Utilize Azure AI Services for building, deploying, and managing AI models at scale.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to prepare datasets for machine learning workflows.
• Build and refine Natural Language Processing (NLP) models for tasks such as sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and language translation.
• Develop and automate workflows and processes for AI/ML model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and automated AI/ML pipelines using Python and industry best practices.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of deployed AI solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML, NLP, automation, document intelligence, and cloud technologies, integrating new tools and methodologies into existing workflows.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Data Science, Generative AI, Azure AI Services, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Document Intelligence solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks for AI/ML pipelines (e.g., Airflow, MLflow, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Azure Machine Learning, Azure Form Recognizer, Cognitive Services, and other Document Intelligence tools.
• Experience in building solutions for document processing tasks such as OCR, data extraction, and intelligent search.
• Familiarity with deploying and managing AI models in production environments.
• Experience in data engineering, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature extraction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to stay updated with industry trends and apply new techniques to enhance AI/ML solutions.Role & responsibilities
