Designation: Medical Coding - Team Leader / Group Coordinator

Location: Chennai - WFO

Educational Qualification: Graduate (Life science)

Notice Period: Immediate joiner/ 15 to 20 days

Experience: 4+ years of experience, Minimum 1 years as a Team Lead or AM should be designated as Team Leader while applying with a proper document mentioning the Team Leader designation.

Salary: Based on the last drawn and his/her team leading experience

Skill Set:

• Certified or Non Certified both are applicable.
• Planning & Control, Process monitoring, Assignment & review of workload.
• Targets, coaching and feedback, performance feedback.
• Provide SME and problem solving support for day to day issues.
• Identify training gaps and plan trainings.
• Process improvement, Team Management.
• Drive efficiency and productivity initiatives.
• Constant monitoring of Team performance, evaluation and feedback to the Reporting Head.
• Extensive knowledge in end to end RCM will be an added advantage.
• Should have handled a minimum team size of 15.
• A stable tenure would be highly commendable and looked at as a criteria
• Exposure to handling client feedbacks and corrective action
• Client co-ordination through mails and phone
• The 1st level of reporting with regards to process (production, quality, feedback, training), resources (attendance, 1st level grievance, shop floor culture), client (daily, weekly monthly production reports, quality statistics, training and transition follow-up)
