Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant - Financial Due Diligence-

Role & responsibilities

• Manage buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements for clients in various sectors.
• Conduct financial and business due diligence for middle-market companies and private equity investors.
• Analyze historical and current financial information to assess business performance.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the target companys business model, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, and market opportunities.
• Identify critical deal issues, assess their impact on the transaction (valuation, etc.), and advise on mitigating strategies.
• Prepare client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and transaction summaries.
• Provide guidance on transaction structures and potential issues related to deal structuring.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and target management teams.
• Travel within the region as required for client engagements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Semi-Qualified CA with proven experience in transaction advisory or financial due diligence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail in financial analysis and business evaluation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
