Service Specialist

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage the AMC On-Site activities with the respective Site Incharge to ensure compliance of the contract
• Actively involve in site management and ensure healthiness of all equipment
• Document Savings and present ROI to customer
• Preparation of case studies
• Regular visit to Sites and meeting with customers to bridge the gap between customer expectation and our deliverables
• Cross Selling of other Solutions of Acoem

Preferred candidate profile

• BE / B Tech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with 5-7 years of on hand experience in CBM technique
• Good presentation/communication skill
• Should be VA Category 2 certified as per ISO 18436-2 standard
• Travelling will be part of this role
