Branch Manager - Immigration

Role

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, performance, and growth of the Branch. This role requires effective leadership to manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, achieve business targets, and maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, who can drive the business towards success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall functioning of the Branch Unit, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor and optimize the performance, including client satisfaction, revenue generation, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales consultants
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote the services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to remain competitive.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on performance, including financial, operational, and client metrics.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with local and national immigration regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Experience: Proven experience in managing Branch sales and operations.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
