W e are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to support our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the organization.
Task and Responsibilities:
• To Provide wide range of support services & initiatives for CEO Office
• Adept in Technology, perform data entry, manage team calendars, and create company reports. • Responsible and Key contact for CEO Office & to Maintain relationships between the CEO, the executives and the employees.
• Coordinate and respond to all requests of internal & external CEO Office & Meetings.
• Recommend, process and make decisions as an administrative assistant, involving research, communications, correspondence, and office management.
• Interpret data, market research, database & formulate reports and recommendations. • Maintaining an efficient work environment. Requirements:
• Qualification:
B.Sc. in Business management, HR or relevant.
• Minimum 1 year of Experience
• Can join immediately or within one month.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent organizational Skills.
• Detail Oriented and multitasker
• Able to use the computer efficiently
